Weekly Meal Plan

Hello friends! It’s time for another weekly gluten free meal plan. I do have one disclaimer: there are some repeat recipes on here from last week (sigh). I know, I know, I got too ambitious last week and didn’t get everything cooked on my menu. Does that ever happen to you? I will blame it on chips, salsa and cheese dip!

Orange Cream Smoothie

I don’t know about you, but this time of year is always so dreary. It’s sunny and 60 one day and then snowy and freezing the next! My body can’t seem to keep up with this Kansas weather. This bright, orange smoothie, packed with vitamin C will be sure to give you an extra boost to your immune system!
